Packaging and Certificate of Authenticity

• Each artwork is carefully and securely packaged to protect it during international transportation.
• The packaging method is selected according to the size, materials and construction of the individual artwork.
• Protective materials are used to help prevent movement, moisture and accidental damage during transit.
• Every original artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the title, medium, dimensions and authorship of the work.

Dispatch and Delivery

• International orders are shipped free of charge using FedEx or DHL.
• All shipments include tracking.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Estimated delivery usually takes 10–21 business days, depending on the destination.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Alla Ostrovsky Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
• The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns and Refunds

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
• To qualify for a return, the artwork must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the artwork, including shipping, customs duties and taxes.
• The artwork must be carefully and securely repackaged for return using its original protective materials whenever possible.
• The return shipment must include tracking.
• After the returned artwork has been received and inspected, you will be informed whether the refund has been approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders cancelled more than 48 hours but no later than 72 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a refund of 50% of the artwork purchase price.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
