Certificate of Authenticity
Every original artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the title, medium, dimensions and authorship of the work.
Packaging
- Each artwork is carefully and securely packaged to protect it during international transportation.
- The packaging method is selected according to the size, materials and construction of the individual artwork.
- Protective materials are used to help prevent movement, moisture and accidental damage during transit.

- International orders are shipped free of charge using FedEx, DHL or Israel Post EMS. The carrier is selected by Alla Ostrovsky Art according to the destination and the artwork.
- All shipments include tracking.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Estimated delivery usually takes 10–21 business days, depending on the destination.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Alla Ostrovsky Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.
- The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Returns and refunds
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
- To qualify for a return, the artwork must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the artwork, including shipping, customs duties and taxes.
- The artwork must be carefully and securely repackaged for return using its original protective materials whenever possible.
- The return shipment must include tracking.
- After the returned artwork has been received and inspected, you will be informed whether the refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellation policy
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled more than 48 hours but no later than 72 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a refund of 50% of the artwork purchase price.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
